Sockets are available in a choice of five square drive sizes, 1/4" 3/8" 1/2" 3/4" and 1" square drive. 1/4" square drive is ideal for small application where 1" drive would be used in applications such as ship building and large plant machinery. Socket are also available with a 6 point, 12 point, Multi Drive and Vortex driving face. 6 point is ideal for securely driving damaged fixings. 12 point drives on the flats of the fixings and allows high torque to be applied. Draper Expert Multi-Drive® 12 point will work on hexagon, Draper TX-Star, metric, AF and Whitworth fixings.
